In 2017 Liverpool City Sights has seen very little complaints. We pride ourselves on positive customer experience. However, we also wish to make the complaints procedure that we have as easy as possible. Fill in the form below with your details and as much information that you can provide, then we can conduct a thorough investigation.

In 2016 Liverpool City Sights suffered from some bad feedback. We took the feedback we received from our customers and we have built a company that now prides itself on quality customer service and customer experience. In 2017 we have seen overwhelming levels of positive customer feedback and it is rare that we get complaints.
We value our products and our company and we take all feedback very seriously. Complaints are handled in a sensitive manner and if allegations are made we need time to fully investigate and a fair way as information you may give may lead to the dismissal of staff members mentioned.
Alternatively, any praise you give to members of our staff may lead to them getting preferred shifts and more work, as many of our guides are self employed and work seasonally. Customer feedback is important to us and to our staff, so please be honest in our feedback form and fill all details in and we will get back in touch with you.
Refunds will be given if the company is found to be at fault and will not be given for anything that is found to be outside of our control such as seating and weather. Refunds are at the discretion of management and will only be given after investigation.
